To manually update your step count, you will need to:

  • Force quit the Striiv app on your phone/tablet

  • Relaunch the Striiv app

  • Double tap the Touch to prompt a sync

  • If you don't connect within a minute, paperclip reset your Touch via the reset button on the back of the charging cradle.
