JOURNALING VIEW IN THE APP

Within the app, Journaling tiles are displayed on the home-screen along with other activity tiles.

VIEWING JOURNAL DATA

Selecting a journaling tile takes you to the calendar view (below), which displays check marks on days when a journaling data point was captured.


The chart view features a quick view of reminders and logs (below), which displays the day/time of set reminders, as well as the total log values for each day of the current week.

GOALS

Set Journaling goals in the app via the Goals function in the app menu. The Weekly Logging Goals section displays options for Weight, Diet, and Medications (Note: Hydration can be found in the Daily Activity Goals section). A video demo can be viewed here

 

In addition to creating goals for logging your activity, you can also create Reminders (for each logging goal) to configure your tracker to vibrate when it's time to log. Edit the alarm title, time(s), and number of days it repeats to create reminders that fit your schedule. Reminder settings can be accessed through Goals, or through the calendar view of each journal (below).


The alarm that you set in the app will buzz your tracker when it's time to log.

LOGGING AND JOURNALING ON YOUR TRACKER

Using your tracker, navigate to the Apps (  ) menu by swiping to the left of the time-date and battery percentage screens, and select the Journaling icon: ( Navigation to journaling on the device can be viewed here


The journaling icon displays the 4 journaling categories:

DIET

WEIGHT

MEDICATION

HYDRATION

The Diet and Medication icons guide you through Yes-No prompts (below) to log your activities.

The Weight and Hydration icons display number controls to input or update your weight and daily water intake. When finished adjusting your weight or hydration values, tap the value between the plus (+) and minus (-) symbols (below) to confirm and save the log.

Your journaling logs are transmitted to the app via Bluetooth - we recommend syncing the tracker with the app every few days to transfer your data to the app. Email us at customercare@striiv.com if you have issues connecting your tracker and app, and we'll walk you through steps to fix it.
